I am fairly certain that when the Code of Ethics of the old club was written
there was an understanding by the crafters that within the universe of
cavaliers there would be those cavaliers who were "eligible" and those who
were "not eligible". The explicit use of the word "eligible" in the Code
recognizes that there are "not eligibles" in the universe. My reading of
the Code does not prevent an old club member from owning a non-eligible
cavalier. If I am wrong, please direct me to the appropriate section of the
Code. Thanks.
