It states that "I will register every eligible Cavalier..." The operative word here is "eligible." There is nothing in the COE that prevents member from owning an ineligible Cavalier, just prevents the member from registering that Cavalier. When AKC registration is accepted by the CKCSC, USA the COE will be rewritten to reflect these changes.
