I think, Carol, that it really depends on the puppy.  Some close sooner
than others.  That is why I advise the buyers to consult their vets on
this.  I do find, however, that with my liquidated damage clause, pet
buyers are very anxious to spay or neuter more quickly in case of
accidents.
