Boys neutered before their growth plates close tend to get a teensy bit taller, a teensy bit more refined and feminine--especially in the head and amount of bone--a teensier bit more leggy looking--probably due to lack of some [chest?] development. The unneutered boys look like "neutered boys on steroids". Studies show these differences to be tiny, but to my eye it looks more than tiny.
