Hi Sandra,
You can safely bath your pregnant girl with any liquid dish soap. Lather
her well and allow her to sit for 10-15 minutes, then rinse. The marinating
time allows the suds to have time to smother the fleas. Then rinse well and
comb with a flea comb, discard any stunned or dead fleas in a zip lock bag.
Blow dry and take the bag out to the trash. You can also add garlic tablets
to her diet. This will make her unpalitable to fleas and won't hurt her
babies.
