I've used a non-toxic product called BUG ARREST with good results. The
product is specifically for use against fleas, ticks, lice and mites.

You soak the dog with water then spray the product and let sit for
approximately 3 minutes before rinsing.

It is not sold as a pesticide, however, I would check with the company
regarding use on a pregnant bitch. The company is Heartland and the phone is
