I agree with Myra, Barb, Judith and Laura ... I'm not a breeder. A new pet owner might be very nervous upon hearing about the hip problem so I would aim for a buyer who was knowledgeable and experienced with the breed and other breeds ... they tend to have a better understanding about such potential problems and are less quick to panic.
