We have a puppy 'warantee' that says that if the puppy is diagnosed with MVD before the age of one, we return all of the purchase price and you have the option of either keeping the puppy or sending it back to us. So far, we haven't had it happen, but I suppose it may at some point in the future. However, the problem is that you can't guarantee that they are show quality, nor can anyone guarantee against genetic diseases. You can only make plans to "make it right" for the puppy buyer if it happens. Myra
