Fair is normal and poor is not a hip rating. Does poor mean borderline, mild, moderate or what? It all depends on the rating that you mean by poor. All the best, Susan Cochran

Personally I would place her and would only ask for enough to cover the cost of the spay. But I have put this question to some other breeders and received a wide variety of replies.
