Thank you for making this statement, Annette!  Many times, this is the
'proof' that is needed.  The health of a puppy that is chosen at a very
young age is most often a 'guess', and when a buyer makes the ultimate
choice, that decision rests with them initially.

I am also of the opinion that it has also been very wise advise from those
who have recommended the review of the contract/agreement by both parties.

Unfortunately when all the particulars of a written agreement, as well as
the actions of all parties involved are unknown, a generic query on a public
list  often becomes lost in answers to the "what ifs" versus the "what is".
