I agree testing hips can be used as a tool in evaluating a complete picture
of a mating.  But, since OFA is such a subjective issue, I dont' agree with
eliminating a dog from a breeding program for mild or borderline diagnosis.
I don't have complete faith in the evaluation process.....and since I don't
see many cases of problematic HD, I put my money where I feel it does the
most good.
Again.......it comes down to what each individual feels is most important to
them.
