Pam now I'm confused (what else is new) LOL. In your first post you said that
you do not test for hips anymore. But if you don't agree with eliminating for
mild or borderline how would you know they are if you don't do hip x-rays? Or do
you just mean in general for those who do hip x-rays? In this post you say you
agree it is useful for evaluation of a complete mating but since OFA is so
subjective you choose not to spend your money on it. Does this mean that you
choose to not use hip x-rays as a breeding tool at all or that you do x-ray but
don't submit to OFA? Someone else wrote to me privately about some articles on
the early deafness being seen in Cavaliers. Any idea where I might find copies
of those articles or any further info?
