I'm going to say mild rating since the text says that the dog is not limping
and that the HD is only in one hip, but it could come back as either mild or
moderate depending on the evaluators at OFA. I've got the book, Canine Hip
Dysplasia, and they show the femoral head much more loose and out of joint
for severe ratings.
