Are you listening to the members who are against the AKC issue?  They have
already set the road block on the road directly to allowing AKC-only dogs
with no stipulations.  We are not likely to be able to remove it at this
point in time.  No use ignoring this fact.

If we need to travel down a different road to allow AKC-only dogs--then I
think we should take that other road--at least we will get there!

If these members are totally against allowing AKC-only dogs, but willing to
concede a little by allowing it with stipulations--then I think we should be
willing to concede a little as well--at least at first.

I prefer some progress to no progress.
