I try to evaluate these things by saying if it happened would things be better or 
worse FOR THE CAVALIERS.  Though it would be SO wrong to hold the AKC dogs to a higher 
standard of testing then any others I would think being in that situation vs the one 
we have now is still an improvement.  Then the work would be not to downgrade the 
standard for AKC dogs but UPGRADE the standard for all others.
