We had big problems a few weeks ago. The problem is that once they taste the
fun(or in my case the cow dung!<G>), they are determined to escape. We put
up new heavy duty chain link and cemented it into the ground. They dug a
tunnel right under the cement.Fortunately we are in the depth of the
countryside and there are no roads nearby but I was exhausted rounding 20
dogs up and bathing them!. Robert then dug a trench two feet wide on the
inside of the fence and filled it with crusher run. They tried digging in it
but the tiny stones collapsed in on their efforts so 3 weeks later, they
seem to have given up.
Hope this helps,
Heather
