I agree. I check anything and everything that might eventually be bred.
However I have only had 1 with geographic dysplasia in 27 years and 2 with
folds--doesn't seem to be much of a problem.  I do continue to check though.
I don't check puppies who are going to pet homes--unless a clinic is going
on and it is convenient.
