All of my programmers do cards that use the RTL chip set. I have programed ROMs for SmartLink cards that use the RTL 8139 chip set. One my programmers should work, I have a few cheap programers and one VERY expencive one that we got from JRC (they make cell phones) when they closed the Lethbridge plant. This programmer does some amazing things I would guess that yes I can program them but I would try with my other programmers first because the big one is designed for an assembly line and takes a long time to setup.

I the Startech S100 new? Do you have URL for the specs? Do you have a spair I could try?

Roy can you or someone else program chips to suit Startech S100 network

As I understand it you need a $400 device to do this?
The startech uses a basic Realtek 8319 I think.
