At this moment i dont have a 64 bit mandriva 2007 installation at hand, you
need to find, from the existing values of LB_LIBRARY_PATH weather it contains
the 32 bit libs first or the 64 bit libs first, and reverse the 2 pathnames.
did you try this one:

i am still looking at what might be the solution here.
