Szemir, Thanks for your reply. I tried the gretl-1.6.0-1gtk2.i586.rpm but it wouldn't install because of a lack dependencies. When I tried to install them using the Software Manager that too failed because of "bad signatures"
I also ran export LB_LIBRARY_PATH=/usr/local/gtkada/lib:$LB_LIBRARY_PATH and the tried make again but I got the same error as before. I think I'll tidy up my HD, back up everything re-install start again.
