echo $LB_LIBRARY_PATH and see what you get, I do get nothing, so mine is not set, but i am running the 32 bit version of things. Now, looking at the issue, your application might actually want the 32 bit versions of these libraries, and it either does not find them at all, or only finds the 64 bit version once. Try the rpm, and let it accept the not-signed packages, and then, hopefully you would be able to install your package with the full scope of dependencies.
