You are under the misconception that politicians are working for the electorate that voted them in. Corporations are buying politicians outright! What is needed is a stiff term in the slammer for those who sell their influence. That is the only thing they will respond to. Other than that all of us need to stand up for what is right, 'cause you can bet your bottom dollar nothing will change until we do.
