Don't believe her. I've submitted late assessments.
State RAI Coordinator will tell you (if you call them)
just to submit your late assessments. There will be a
warning message but it will still be accepted.
In this world of ever changing regulations and 
crazy admissions/discharges, a perfect MDS Coordinator
is a miracle. Can you please ask your perfect
Administrator to describe a perfect MDS Coordinator?
