| I have to agree with June. I too, am very fortunate to have support from my DON & ADMIN. When we have a late asmt, we usually place a note in the chart explaining why it occurred. Sometimes, it's because a resident was hospitalized at the time the asmt. was due & so upon readmission, we observerved for a poss. sig. change & then proceeded with the scheduled asmt. Sometimes, it's due to human error & we acknowledge that too in a note. None of us are perfect. We all do the very best we can.....I do believe. Barbara |
