Hi, all of you wonderful people out there,

I've been reading all of these horror stories about unreasonable DONs and
Administrators not really knowing what they are talking about. All of you
have my sympathy.

I must be the luckiest MDS Coordinator around!! My DON and Administrator
assume that I know what is supposed to be done and they leave me alone to
do it. I'm really realizing just how fortunate I am. I have worked in this
facility for 15 years, first as a charge nurse, then migrated to the MDS
level when it first started. It was not by choice at that time, but I
wouldn't have it any other way now. I love it!!

There isn't a day goes by that I don't learn something new from this
listserve.

June Bradford RN, MDS Coordinator.
