As a general rule I do not help feed.  If they are short an aide and I am halfway caught up, (you are never really caught up), I will help out.  I usually have more than enough work to keep me busy and if I helped on the floor it would put me behind more and possibly lead to default payment.  You might want to explain this to administration.
