You want to hear even a dillier? Not only am I the only coodinator in a 120 bed facility with up to 14 medicare, but I'm on call work the floor when we're short, in charge of the nurse's monthly summaries and assessments , do all the fall reports and so on and so forth. I have heard of jobs where the MDS Coodinator is just that. The MDS coodinator. Is there really such a job or was I dreaming.
