Hi,
I don't think I got a clear answer on this one or maybe I just still
don't understand it.
I work in a hospital based SNF, average LOS in 12 days. What my
question is, is, if the patient is discharged on day 14, do I have to code
my 5 day as a 1/1 or can I code it as 0/1. I am confused about when exactly
you are required to do the OBRA assessment by.
