The truth is that when you are in the building when the DON/ADON are gone, you are called on to manage PR problems, and tons of other things that take you away from your concentration and focus on THE job at hand.............espically when I am doing raps. It is usually quieter, I have gone in when no one knows I am there at odd hrs., on my days off. I am now proud to say, you have a supervisor on call, call her, unless it is an acute/ emergency nursing issue. For which I still love to handle.
