Will there also be a nursing supervisor there? I've found when I've worked
late or occasionally done a 3-11 (due to having a morning appointment or
etc...) the staff will come and get you for any problem that crops up that
don't want to deal with.....such as an upset family member or other "PR"
problems. However, if you have a strong nursing supervisior, they will
usually handle these problems.

The only downfall I would see from working 3-11 in your position is missing
the meetings for discharge planning and with the therapists, will they still
be there when you get in so that you can meet with them to talk about your
Med A clients?
What about careplanning meetings?

The ADON is working days or 7-3:30 PM.  When I say afternoons I'm talking
after 3 PM.
