The only downfall I would see from working 3-11 in your position is missing
the meetings for discharge planning and with the therapists, will they still
be there when you get in so that you can meet with them to talk about your
Med A clients?
What about careplanning meetings?

When you say afternoon hours, what hours are you talking about? When is the
ADON working?

Brenda W. Chance, RN, RAC-C

MDS Coordinator

Brenda,
The ADON is working days or 7-3:30 PM. When I say afternoons I'm talking
after 3 PM.
Thanks!
