The only downfall I would see from working 3-11 in your position is missing
the meetings for discharge planning and with the therapists, will they still
be there when you get in so that you can meet with them to talk about your
Med A clients?
What about careplanning meetings?
I think that contact with therapy won't be a big issue as they should still be on when I'm starting at 3 PM. I've voiced my concern with the care plan conferences and advised them we have options...first off, we could schedule the meetings in the afternoon. Or we could have the ADON chair the meeting in my place (sounds great LOL!)
We've been revisiting this again today and my feeling is the ADON would prefer I work days to permit my attendance at the special meetings.
