I take call for the skilled nursing unit only (we are a CCRC) every 4th
weekend.  I rarely have to come in on the weekend due to call-ins.  I
have been working the floor, though, lately as well as the DON due to
staffing crisis.  We are all having to chip in and work some long hours
to ensure our residents are cared for.
