If the FI paid for 100 days related to oxygen use and it still continues they have a basis for denial. However, I have never been able to get any FI in CA to pay for oxygen use for 100 days. I would love to see their medical review criteria on this.

#1 - Yes the facility billed Medicare Part A for 100 days of skilled care r/t oxygen use.
#2 - I meant the Fiscal Intermediary.
#3 - Other that the Oxygen use, resident was not receiving any other skilled services.
