THIS IS NORIDIAN ONLY- I have not heard of any other FI's taking this
interpretation

#1 - Yes the facility billed Medicare Part A for 100 days of skilled care r/t oxygen use.
#2 - I meant the Fiscal Intermediary.
#3 - Other that the Oxygen use, resident was not receiving any other skilled services.
