Thanks Theresa, I knew you would be monitoring and let us know.  I have never been able to bill skilled for just oxygen administration on Part A in CA {UGS}

This is Noridian in ND- which services MN. the MN Medicare Revenue Enhancement Project was keying in getting this definition.
 
There are some SNF's in MN that do not follow this criteria
 
Several months ago I sent the supporting citation from the MREP website to the listserv- REMEMBER THIS IS NORIDIAN ONLY- I have not heard of any other FI's taking this interpretation
