Noridian is
the FI & we're in Minnesota. And I agree, if this person was
continuing to use the oxygen, went into the hospital, upon her return we would
have to issue a denial. However, if @ some point we were able to get her
off of the oxygen for a 60 day period, she would then become eligible for
another benefit period.

#1 - Yes the facility billed Medicare Part A for 100 days of skilled care r/t oxygen use.
#2 - I meant the Fiscal Intermediary.
#3 - Other that the Oxygen use, resident was not receiving any other skilled services.
