I sit down with a person from our therapy department 3-4x/wk to set ARD's and check on the residents minutes. this only takes about 10 minutes. RH vs RM may not seem like a lot to you for one day, but added up over say a 7 day length of stay. then figure in the number of residents this is happening to and you have a big chunk of change. Meeting with therapy has made a big difference for us.
