As long as you are within the Assessment window you can change the ARD as many times as you feel necessary to obtain the most appropriate RUG.

On their first day they asked me to unlock a PPS MDS and change the ARD because they thought they could capture a higher RUG score. I refused. Now they are asking me to change the ARDs soon after I post the schedule. This does not usually involve RV-RU groups-often RM and RH. I think this may be legal as they are asking me to change the dates prior to the ARDs but I'm not sure this is ethical. I definitely don't think it is standard practice. Can anyone validate this?
