We have a new therapy company.  On their first day they asked me to unlock a PPS MDS 
and change the ARD because they thought they could capture a higher RUG score.  I 
refused.  Now they are asking me to change the ARDs soon after I post the schedule.  
This does not usually involve RV-RU groups-often RM and RH.  I think this may be legal 
as they are asking me to change the dates prior to the ARDs but I'm not sure this is 
ethical.  I definitely don't think it is standard practice.  Can anyone validate this?
