Yes 400mg is the recommended, but I have had some degree of achy
joints and bones for over 2 years now.  About 3 months ago, I started
watching my ankles and found that they were swelling. I have had 
heart bypass so when I went to my ONC we discussed this and he is 
having me take OTC water pills and this has helped some.  This has 
to be self-regulated to stay within the recommended dosage range, 
but it is working for now.  Yes, I have remained PCRU for 2 years 
without relapse.
