My name is Doris. I to have copd in fact I was DX with copd 11/2 years before i was DX with leukemia. I really do understand how you feel. I started smoking when I was 13 and didn't quit until i was 47. My lung Doctor told me that if i didn't quit i wouldn't last another year. It is really sad cigerretts have that kind of a hold on a person. Now with the leukemia it just a struggle everyday but, I love life and will never give up. I thank the good Lord everyday for today. Please you hang in there.
