Hi Jeanie, That's right it is in the millions. Allopurinol is not what will bring this down it is Hydrea that will do that. Don't worry this will all work out. I remember whenever I took a blood test I used to sweat until I got the results and when I finally got the results back I just had to deal with it so my Hydrea was either reduced or I was told to take more. It is just a process that you have to go through but like I said don't you worry anything about it. Please remember what you take today will usually show up in a blood test in about a week or so.
