Submitted PR #12178: https://github.com/apache/seatunnel/pull/12178 (targeting `dev`). It adds declarative nonblank validation for `webhooks_url`, `oauth_token`, and `slack_channel`, preserving their existing required status. Factory tests cover valid configurations, each option missing individually, empty strings, spaces, tabs, newlines, mixed whitespace, and acceptance of nonblank values with surrounding spaces. All 10 test invocations passed, and `verify` succeeded for all nine selected reactor modules. Spotless passed as well. The tests do not contact Slack.
