I would like to work on `connector-cdc-vitess`, continuing with the same connector-cdc row. Please assign it to me. The rule already covers `exclusive(SCHEMA, TABLE_CONFIGS)` and the `startup.mode=specific` conditional. What is missing is the structural part: an empty `tables_configs`, a `schema` with neither `columns` nor `metadata_table_id`, an entry without its `schema` block, and `table-names` together with `table-pattern` (that pair is at most one, so it needs a `ConditionExtension` rather than `exclusive`). The checks that need the catalog to be read (table not found in the schema metadata, a pattern matching nothing) stay as they are.
