Classification: F / declarative OptionRule migration tracking for `connector-assert`. Thanks for offering to help. I rechecked current `dev`, the Assert sink factory, and the complete open-PR set before making an ownership decision. `AssertSinkFactory` already exposes its `optionRule()`, and #12651 is the active, focused implementation/review lane for completing the declarative validation and its factory-level coverage. It is the only open PR for this migration. Please do not start a parallel patch or request an assignee change for this row. Keep any review or test follow-up on #12651 so that the tracker has one implementation path.
