The approved `connector-cdc-db2` Source URL validation slice is implemented in draft PR #12931: https://github.com/apache/seatunnel/pull/12931 The factory rule now rejects blank `url` values. Tests cover valid and padded nonblank values unchanged, missing URL, empty/spaces/tab/newline/mixed-whitespace values, the existing `base-url` fallback, and canonical-key precedence. EN/ZH documentation is updated. The complete DB2 module `verify` passed with 24 tests, and repository-wide Spotless passed. The regression tests exposed 11 failures before the rule was added and pass with the fix. The broader repository verification is still running. CI is pending: manual dispatch on my fork returned HTTP 422, "Actions has been disabled for this repository."
