@DanielLeens The four items are on `7f1f5b09a`: the real write-through failure test, bilingual fail-loud docs, the deadline assertions, and the survivability stream cleanup. The docs conflict with `dev` is resolved and GitHub reports the PR mergeable. Current CI is not fully green. `all-connectors-it-1` on JDK 17 fails only in `HdfsFileIT.testHdfsBinaryUpdateModeContinuousDiscoveryPostSyncDelete`: `cancelContinuousJob` times out waiting for the continuous job to exit. The same job passes on JDK 11. This PR does not change the HDFS connector or that test.
