There is a file needed.  The original message was from a .co.uk address so I
guess he needs a British keyboard control panel.  If you use the original
system software 690-5064 you get Amrican, the British layout is on the
system disk B690-5064.  If you have a hard disk with the plus it is possible
to use system 6 downloaded from the Apple site but I think that these are
only American and the international version is Australian.  There is a
British version of system 6 on the system 6 heaven site.  Apple also has a
download of the keyboard layout files but I think these are only for system
7.
