Good point. I would bet that it has everything to do with limited bandwidth. Unfortunately, this is the package that is sold by the vendor, so both elements tend to get the blame. I'm sure that Nokia makes a great phone but if it's bandwidth is throttled back so much that it can't operate, then it becomes worthless.
